Desktop Redirector - Error

I have removed everything, reinstalled desktop 4.01, 4.1, the pocket mirror upgrade and the multimail upgrade (1.2).but when the desktop redirector launches, I get

second attempt, unable to initialize mapi object for palm desktop link.
