transferring contacts from handspring to ipaq

can anyone help me. I recently purchased an IPaQ and am wondering if it is possible to transfer my contacts from my handspring to it. any help would be great.

You first need to synchronize your Handspring device to Microsoft Outlook. This can be done using Pocket Mirror or Intellisync. Pocket Mirror comes bundled with Palm brand devices. However, I do not know if Handspring includes software for synchronizing with Outlook. Once the Handspring device is synchronized with Outlook, you should be able to install and run ActiveSync to get information transferred to the iPAQ.
