item not syncronized...but it is?

OK...I put activesync 3.7 on my ipaq and it is kind of a pain in the butt.

It continues to say that word docs and excel spreadsheets are not syncronized when they are. I look on my ipaq and the docs are there, but I get the gold colored circle on the sync screen thta says they are not synced.

What's the deal? Has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen that if Pocket Word or Pocket Excel has a document open - that particular document won't synchronize. If I have all apps closed, by either "Stopping" them from Start / Settings / System / Memory or soft reset - then all docs syncrhonize.

That would cause my ActiveSync to show them as Not Synchronized.
