How do I hide private files in "Contacts?"

For instance, I'd like to keep certain personal information about clients in my Contacts database from being seen by anyone who might happen to pick up my iPAQ when I'm away from my desk.

So how do I mask or hide some client files? Outlook has a "private" field, but for the life of me I can't figure out what that does. Marking a contact private still allows it to be seen by anyone that gets onto my PC. And this "private" field doesn't seem to get synched to the iPAQ, anyway.

Boy, I'm sure glad I have somewhere to ask these questions. The help file on the 1940 is not very helpful, to put it mildly.

I'm not sure if you can do it with default pocket outlook. There's 3rd party application that will do it.
