Active sync just sits there

My 2215 died today... So i went to Circuit City where they replaced it...



However... when I went to Active Sync it... It didn't work.
Active Sync said i had to change the name of the host computer....which I did...

Then I put the 2215 in its cradle....then the screen pops up on my monitor.... and it says 'connected''....but thats as far as it gets.... it just sits there... going no further...just saying connected...

Any ideas.

Go to "Options" in the desktop ActiveSync window and check to make sure that you're set up to sync. Check the boxes for the items you want to sync if they're not already checked. You might also want to check under the Schedule tab and make sure that you've set a frequency for the sync.
