Access Music

I am trying to figure out how to access my home computer's music with my PDA. Right now I have pocketmusic and I dont know how to access the files. If anyone could help that would be great.

Are you using a wireless network?

I am and I have had success with the Resco File Explorer software and both Pocket Player and PocketMusic software. All are available for download.

I have not found a lot of information on streaming audio on a Pocket PC. I bought my first Pocket PC at the beginning of August and have been looking ever since.

I buy an IPAQ 3900 a few months ago and I'd like to download music from my PC as well. Is software required for the handheld in order to download music, either off the desktop or online? Have you had any success downloading online?

I have not tried to download music from the internet, but I can easily download or stream audio through my wireless network from my PC and stream audio from Shoutcast.com all using the software listed above.

download a program called "netuse" it will et you view your network from your pocket pc. Then set up your desktop pc to share the folder taht has your music in it.
