Just purchased Ipaq H3835. Am aware I can upgrade it to the 2003 OS at the HP site. But when I fill out the form there it says my serial # is not a valid one. Anyone else have this problem?
I did reg. it Ipaq with HP with no problems. The serial # seems to be bad only at the HP upgrade site.
