After reset my iPAQ 3630 it is not possible to reload the backup done before. Please advise, thanks thom

Try setting the regional settings to be exactly the same as before the set was hard reset....
I had the same problem in getting the backup files to be restored and after searching on the helps, that's was the settings that made a difference.
