Buying a PDA on Ebay

So if you can get one brand new for less and the person has a good seller rating (most likely owns a buisness of some sort)... What's everyone's opinion on this??

I would say check the feedback VERY carefully, then if all seems OK, go for it! However, beware of sellers who regularly advertise multiple quantities of items - potential for fraud in the feedback there.

It's always better to buy from someone in the same city or at least state. Rating does count but don't forget to exchange a few emails before placing a bid. Try to get phone number and call to confirm.
