I managed to do it.

First I had to convert my RM to AVI using one of the many video packages available at CNET ( http://shareware.cnet.com/ )

To get the video on the palm, I used TealMovie Encoder and synchronised the converted file. It played like a beauty in TealMovie ( http://www.tealpoint.com/softmovi.htm ). I guess you can also use the Kinoma Encoder to encode movies for Kinoma Player; you will find both of these on one of the Zire 71 CDs.

I just used Kinoma Producer. Decent results most of the time.
