Opening Attachments

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with my Inbox. I can receive emails and attachments just fine. But when I try to open the attachments from the email message itself, nothing happens. I tried to open the attachment from the Attachment folder, and still nothing happens.

I have a HP Jornada Handheld.

Ok this what you have to do to see attachments.

1. Connect to active sync just like normal. When your window states that you have sync your inbox , double click the inbox in active sync window . you can now click download attachments.

2. Go to your outlook inbox and click on tools, the windows transfer should be there. click that and wait you should be able to see the same window just like in the active sync window. If you want to down load all attachments . go to edit and SELECT ALL .

The process gives you a choice to choose which attchments to down load or all of them . I reccommend to down load attachments one by one.

How you know if the attachments are downloaded on your mobile is by clicking mail that you know has an attachment and click the attachment icon. If it has (0/118k) it is not transfer to your mobile, if it has (118k) it has transfered correctly. the 118 k is used as an example.
