I am interested in the iPaq 3955. Have you sold it yet? If not, I wouls like to buy it. I will pay $500 if I can get answers to a couple of questions. First, is it new? I aasume it is since you say "just out of the plastic," but I want to make certain. Also, can you give me a receipt saying it is new and purchased from a reseller? This would help in case I need some work done under the warranty.

The 3955 is brand new. The first serious response i get in regards to purchase over 500.00 gets it. The unit is less than one month old and has only been handled by myself and one other within my store before it closed down. The unit is in pristine cond, although the packaging and original software is no longer included. It is still awaiting to be registered under the appropriate buyers name and address, thereby activating the warranty. A receipt is no problem at all. Again, i prefer paypal or money order/cashier's check for your convenience and security. Shipping is free and product will be received within one week of payment. So you don't have the box or any software? What about the software you talk about in your ad? It says it comes with "all the software." I am just wary of buying without the box because of possible warranty issues.

all the software described in the ad is additional software that has been purchased, i.e. licensed by other companies such as ibm, and various other software developers including Resco,Zio,and PDAwin. All the original software is obviously included with the device and the unit has been upgraded and updated with all the latest patches and firmware upgrades via the companies website. These are all display models that were rarely handled over the period of roughly two months before i closed shop. None of these products have been registered at there companies website and are awaiting activation by the owner under there name and address. The product and it's warranty will then be under your name and address, not my companies. Thank you again for your interest.

Two more questions and then I'll know if I want the iPaq. First, are the cradle, extra stylus, and cover sleeve that normally come with the iPaq included? I'm just wondering since you no longer have the box and you never made mention of them. If the above things are all included, then I will give you $500 + shipping.
