NR 70 English OS

I have a Japanese version of NR70. Any idea how to get the English version of the OS? I asked Sony, hoping that they could tell me, but they said I was stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Does this change the operating system, or only add the English programs into RAM? Is this reversible? Is there a way to get the Japanese "face" off prior to putting the English face on, so that I can go back if need be? This sounds like the perfect solution.
