I would like to connect my Clie S300 to internet through the cradle or IR device.
anyone can give me a hint how to do that?

It can be done, but it is a LOT of trouble if you ask me. If you know your way around ppp settings and whatnot, you may want to try it, but otherwise... nahh. What you might try though, is a web clipping program. Basically, you download websites onto your pda, then browse them offline. Hope this helps.

You mentioned about web clipping...i guess it is Avantgo...or any other popular ones?

Well, it's far from impossible, it's just rather difficult. Unless you actually need to surf the net on your pda, it's not much good.

But yes, you might want to try a web clipping app, they can work quite smoothly.

I did not mean to discourage you, but it is quite difficult. If you really want to, go for it, it an be done, but it might not be worth your while.
