whenever i attempted to transfer music onto the mp3 player, i get the message, "device is full". i currently have movie clips on the ms but dont know how to upload the clips onto my computer. does this mean i need a new memory stick. can anyone help me with this issue. thk u

Put your clie into the cradle. Start the MSImport program.

After the connection has been established, open windows explorer on your computer.

You will have a new drive called "Removable Disk". In that drive, you will find some more directories.

"DCIM" are your still pictures.
"MQ_ROOT" are your movies.
"PALM" holds the rest of the files.

You can move your movie files to your computer to free up space on your card.

mp3s will be stored in "\\Removable Disk\Palm\Programs\MSAUDIO"

thank you so much for taking the time to help me. very much apprepricated, but now i ran into another problem. can view the movies. dont have the right application to view them. any advise.
