Uh-Oh...Hotsync

um...I dropped my zire about 2 1/2 feet, then tried to hotsync and it didnt work...then i tried resetting it (all the differnt kinds of resets) then uninstalling and reinstalling the palm desktop software.....help?

i didn't drop mine, it just qiut synching. synchs fine on my sister-in-law's computer(windows me), my 130 synchs fine on mine. any ideas?

go to the task bar and right click it and a menu will come up make sure UBS is checked and not modem or network. or make sure it is pluged in all the way and change the ubs port like if you always used the right side use the left. hope it helps
