palm v archived files

I need help retrieving archived files from my palm v! Is there anyone out there who can help me?

C:\Programfiles\Palm\'USERNAME'\Backup
Find this path on your PC the 'USERNAME' will be your Palm user name IE 'gypsyfree2003' with out the tick marks.
This holds a backup of the files that were last on your palm. There is also an archive file that contains all the files that were ever installed on your Palm.
