How to select America's Lite/Standard basemaps in NA City Select v5?

Okay--from what I read, the MapSource NA City Select v5 CDROM software that comes with the iQue 3600 contains both America's Lite and Standard basemaps--either one of which is selectable for download to the iQue. The weird thing is that when I went to install/download the detailed maps to my iQue, I didn't see anything in the map install interface which would allow me to select either basemap (Lite or Standard).

FWIW--it appears that my iQue has the Lite basemap, based on the fact that it's loaded in the built-in memory and is 5236K in size; however, I don't remember specifically--if not explicitly--selecting the Lite basemap, and would have definitely downloaded the Standard if afforded the opportunity during the map install.

So...what did I do wrong here?

The basemap is not part of the Mapsource map install. To install/change basemaps, install the Palm Desktop install CD. Select Software installation and a selection for change basemap will appear. Use this install program to modify the basemap. I would recommend the America in lieu of the "Lite" version. Much better detail.

The America's Lite basemap is the smaller of the two that will install on the internal memory on your unit. If you want the America's standard basemap, you will need to use a SD card to load that map onto. The standard basemap is not bad detail considering its size.
