Hi there,
I'm using an E740 to establish a P2P connection with my notebook running Win2K professional. Now I've sucessfully establish ad hoc connection between them -- I can ping from one to the other. The notebook WLAN ip is 192.168.0.1, and the PDA WLAN is 192.168.0.2. While I'm still headache for following two problems for several days:
1) How to sync using ActiveSync. I searched the web (include this forum), and did necessary things I knew, including:
*Added host name to PDA registery. I'm using PocketHosts to add my notebook name. Now I can ping notebook by its name
*Establish first partnership. I've synced with my notebook many many times using the USB connection
*Enabled ActiveSync option on notebook to accept network connection
But still, I couldn't get them connected via WLAN, so sad...
2) How to browse Internet on PDA using notebook connection
My notebook is connected in our company network and has connection to Internet. But I don't know how to share the connection through WLAN with my PDA
Could somebody help on those problems? I believe many of you have experienced those problems nefore.... thanks a lot!
