HC4600 and 2000 Pro connection

I have an HC4600 - CE 2.0 - that we do not have CD's for. I need to connect it to my pc (2000 pro - serial cable) but I cannot determine what software needs to be setup on my desktop for it to work.

Anyone with the correct info please post instructions.
