calendar hours not syncing

I am using a pocket pc 2002 from T mobile and when I sync it with outlook it moves my appointments in my calendar an hour ahead of where they are in outook. I have checked all hours on both the device and the desktop. I really don't understand how it is moving the appointments one hour ahead. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the time zone setting and day light saving time setting in pocketpc, desktop and outlook settings.

I have reset all the clocks on desktop and pc to my time zone but unless I am missing something that did not help.

There's also a time zone and dst setting "inside" outlook, maybe check that as well.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then on the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
Under Advanced Options, click Time Zone.
Choose a time zone from the drop-down list and click OK.
To adjust for daylight saving time, select the Adjust for daylight saving time check box

I also tried that as well... still adding an hour to my PPC... This is really wieird. Any other ideas?
