Palm OS question

If I have the newest version of Palm desktop, and I use Chapura for syncing with Outlook, will I have to install the Palm OS software that comes with the iQue? All my other Palm devices (Tungsten T and C, Dana, M130), all sync with no problem.

And the reason is - you have to setup the Map Install software that's included in the iQue Install CD. This process is part of the iQue desktop software install.

The good news is that during the installation - you are given the option of keeping the current conduits (Pocket Mirror from Chapura) and are not required to use the Intellisync Lite version. Look for this option when installing the software.

You should also be able to continue to use your existing Palm devices - with one very specific item: You must assign a different user name to the iQue then the other devices.

Or you can use the same user name and all of the other devices will have to be assigned new user names upon syncing. This is the preferred method if you want to transfer existing software to the Que. DO NOT USE THE SAME USER NAME UNLESS YOU WANT CONFLICTS on multiple devices.
