I am considering purchasing a Pocket PC to replace the Palm m500 that I once had. I know that we use EasySync Pro at work with our Palms (and I see that it can also support Pocket PCs as well) but I use Palm Desktop at home. I will start using Outlook at home but I am wondering if there is software available that will let me sync the unit at home such as what "Smarty" did with my Palm to go to Palm Desktop or to Lotus Notes depending on what workstation I am at. Is this even possible? How difficult is it to accomplish?

Take a look at Intellisync. maybe it will do the job.

I've tried PDAsync from http://www.laplink.com. This worked great for a while, but has recently become stuck and won't sync with Notes any more.
The next product I'm going to try is Starfish TrueSync. I don't know where you can purchase this by itself, but I'm going to be getting a copy with the USB Datacable for my Motorola v60c. Looks to be good and has a good knowledge base. A bonus for myself is that I will be able to sync directly between Notes and Outlook, since I work for one company that uses Notes for its mail at another company that uses Outlook for theres. (Think consultant.) It will also allow me to keep phone numbers up to date on my cell phone.
