Ok guys and gals, who has found the best deal on a SD card? I found a SanDisk 128MB at Best Buy for $40 after rebate. I see that you can buy 256MB Compact Flash cards for about $40. Why are the SD's more expensive?

I got the PNY 256MB couple weeks ago from Staples for $45 after rebate. That was the best deal I've seen so far.

ecost.com have a 512mb Sandisk for $165.49 free shipping but $5 handling fee...

btw, I went to my local Sears store, planning to return a Sandisk 256mb but mentioned the Costco's price.. Sears able to meet n beat the $50 Sandisk 256SD at Costco and I kept the sd from them.. I was surprise though since most retailers like Bestbuy and others do not matches prices on "wholesale" stores.

Word of mouth I've heard on SanDisk isn't the best. Panasonic or PNY would be my chocie.

YMMV though.
