Bluetooth Streaming

I am still struggling to setup my Ipaq to synchronise via bluetooth, I have a feeling the Bluetooth dongle I have is not a very good one!!

If I manage it, is it possible to stream audio and/or video via bluetooth? If yes then can anyone tell me how?
I would like to be able to stream from my home lan to my ipaq, bluetooth would be ideal becuase I would not have to buy a wireless lan card for my ipaq.

Any help greatly appreciated.
