HELP...PDA locks up during initial configuration screens

My pda locked up when I uninstalled Lemonade Inc (trial) so I did a soft reset. After the reset, the initial screen came up, I had to align the screen, then the screen that introduces you the the stylus pops up, then the screen that introduces you to the pop-up menus comes up. But the "next" box in the lower right corner never appears and I can't get past this screen, no matter what I do. I even tried a hard reset, and that does the same thing (I go to the initial screen, align, stylus, and stuck on the pop-up menu screen). Any advice or ideas would be great, thanks!!

Tap and Hold on the screen, select copy, do the same then select paste. You should be able to finish the setup steps.
