I still have storage space available so that's not the problem. No errors are showing up. I even reinstalled the palm desktop thinking that may be the problem. I am able to hot sync but not download anything. Any suggestions. Dirtydog Telyx 09-05-2003, 07:56 AM You shouldn't have to do that for an install. Try checking that the Install conduit is enabled in HotSync Manager. Right-click the HotSync "tray icon" and select Custom, then look down the list of conduits and make sure Install is set to Enabled, and make sure the Set as Default box is checked. ohnurse 09-05-2003, 09:13 AM Hello everyone, I want to thank you for your suggestions on how to fix my install issue.
