Clie SL10 and Palm m500 compatibility

I am looking to buy a Sony Clie SL10 which has OS Palm 4.1. My boss uses a Palm M500 which has OS Palm 4.0. If I buy the Sony Clie, will the Sony Clie be compatible with the Palm m500.

You shouldn't have any problems... unless you are looking to sync to the same machine? Have had problems running two palm's on my Xp system untill i switched to seperate users. Other than that.. you should be ok.
