"Is there anyone out there"....who could give me a list of U.S. internet providers that will work with my series 7. I have a current copy of Opera but cannot get connected through Juno, my present internet provider. It seems that I can connect to Juno only using their software. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

The basic requirement is that the ISP not have specialized, or required, software. That leaves out most of the large ISPs, including AOL, Juno, Compuserve, and (I think) MSN (don't know much about them). Your best bet is to contact a local ISP (http://ispfinder.com) is a good resource), and ask them if they have specific software that their customers must use. My own ISP is Southwest Cyberport (http://www.swcp.com ), based in New Mexico. I no longer live in NM, but they are so helpful, I connect via a cable modem in California, but I still use SWCP for my domain and email hosting. :)
Good luck!

You might also try ATT Business Internet Services http://attglobal.net. Despite the name it is open to individuals at fairly good prices and has dial-up numbers throughout North America (and the world). I use it with a S7; it works just fine.
Thanks guys, I went to ATT and now I can get "connected"...just can't open any pages...must be some software conflict. Still trying to figure it out.
I may be asking for help soon though....LOL
