How to transfer data from 256 Mb SD to 512 Mb SD card

Hi, I'm a newbie on this board. I have been using my IQUE for the past 3 weeks and love it. Currently, I'm using a Sandisk 256 Mb card for storage but would lkie to switch to the 512 Mb card. I'd like to know if I can just use the card reader to copy the old data from my 256 Mb card to the hard drive then from the hard drive to the new 512 Mb card. Thanks.

You can use a card reader/writer to copy from 1 card to another.
I do it all the time
