Streaming audio and video via Bluetooth

HELP!!

I have managed to get my Ipaq 3970 linking up and using activesync over bluetooth fine, I can browse my ipaq from my pc but not vice versa.

I just want to be able to stream audio and video, I assume using windows media encoder, to the ipaq.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to select as the source etc in Encoder??

Do you have any other ideas, becasue this one didnt help. The website has no information on streaming media from windows media. I tried using the playlist idea it mentioned, but that didn't work well.
