CANNOT TURN OFF e310

For some reason, my new e310 will not turn off. If I press the power button...nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the device using the reset pin on the back? I've had a couple lockups like that before, and a reset took care of it. If it continues to do it though, you may have a defective device.
