Choosing CF Modem

I have recently purchased the Dell Axim and want to install modem capablity. I plan to use the SD slot for memory and the CF for a modem. I have a seen a few on the market, but would like any suggestions or things I should be aware of before making a selection. Thanks

I have an Ambicom modem and the only two things that I don't like about it:

1. There is no speaker - you cannot hear the progress of the call.

2. It drains a lot of power in use.
