Looking for mtty.exe

My IPAQ hanged while upgrading, and now at startup enters on USB upgrade process. IPAQ is sending an incorrect USB device identification and upgrade is impossible. I need mtty.exe program to download serial upgrade boot to IPAQ. Anyone could tell me where can i find mtty.exe program? Or perhaps could tell me if with lnb command, what protocol must use for transfer?

I know less than nothing about this... but I searched on some German sites (using Google to translate) and found a reference to this site which seems highly technical and will probably have your answer if you contact them: http://handhelds.org/index.html They have an email address on there specifically for ipaq questions I saw.
