I recently sent my Ipaq 3955 to PPC Techs for a 128mb upgrade and received it back today. I then brought up Pocket Backup (version 2.0) to restore my programs to the Ipaq but the program no longer works; Activesync doesn't list my current user name as a backup option - it only lists the user name I used when I first purchased the Ipaq last year. Will I have to restore all my programs from download manager and then install Sprite version 2.0 again and save my configuration once more?

I don't look forward to that option; any help would be appreciated.

If you remember your old name by which you synchronized via Activesynch, you can still change your Ipaq's ID back to this old name and re-synch. I do this via settings/about/device ID. Hope this helps.
