How to read Chinese on Pocket PC 2003

I have a ipaq 2215 with Pocket PC 2003.

I wonder how I can read Chinese on this ipaq. I have some Chinese mp3 songs that when I played with Media Player, the title of the songs wasn't displayed as Chinese by all the ???#?.

I tried the Monster Chinese OS, it didn't help. It only allows the displaying of Chinese inside Word document. But outside Word, it has no use.

I tried the CE-star, but it didn't even work on this ipaq at all.

Any suggestion or infomration?

I think that you would have to get a system font and I'd guess that is in a chip - could be wrong so keep checking for smarter than I to come along.
