Dell Axim Scientific Calc Software like T-89

Hello,
I was wondering if their are any scientific calculator software that is available in the market, which is as good or better than the TI-89 or TI-92 Models? If so please let me know ASAP. I am a Math major and looking for various calculus (single & multi variable) functions, graphing (2d & 3d), Diff Eq, etc.,
