Deleting Programs

I have a Palm IIIc using 3.5 OS. Recently I had the "City Time" program beamed to my handheld. When ever I try to use it my IIIc locks up. How can I delete this program? When ever I try I receive a ERROR message reading "unable to delete City Time"

Do a warm reset/system reset:

Then try to delete. Afterwards, do a soft reset:
http://support.handspring.com/esupport/forms/hsResolutionView.jsp?ResolutionId=6019&ResType=RESEARCH

and you will be back to normal.

I tried your suggestion but it didn't help. Still unable to delete City Time.

Try using the Z'catalog utility to delete the program. It can be found here: http://www.eblong.com/zarf/zcatalog.html
