Hi. I wrote a few weeks ago because I couldn't get the battery to charge...got that fixed and I'm loving this thing. I'm totally hooked. So tonight I pick it up and turn it on...it asks for my password...the 4 digit number kind...i enter it, and now it is totally frozen. The four characters were typed in but it never went beyond that screen. I turned it off. Turned it back on. Turned it off for a while. Tried again...still at that same screen and not responding to any commands. What do I do? Any help is appreciated! Thanks! -J
