Ok, I have a question, I have a M130 and I want to clean the screen. I just want to know what I should clean it with without damaging it. I don't want to buy a cleaning kit, just want to know if windex will work or what. Thx.

Personally, I take a peek to make sure no-one is looking, pull my T-shirt out of my waistband, and give it a few quick swipes!

T-shirts or a similar cloth are relatively lint free, soft enough to avoid scratches (if its clean), and do a great job.

I would think twice, or maybe even three times before I drenched my investment in Windex, which seems like a fairly harsh substance for the screen.

If you don't use them, I would highly recommend getting some screen protectors. Even if you buy them at full price in OfficeMax, you get a year supply for $15. Don't use the screen cleaner that comes with it though, it will do nothing except fill your screen full of agravating lint.

Its just my opinion, but I hope it helps!

The 3M Micro fiber cloths are the very best and long lasting, but the Pledge and Swifter paper refills work. If you are not using (I don't) a screen protector I suggest a small amount of simple car wax on the screen rubbed around and wiped off. Don't use a "cleaner" wax as they often contain an abrasive material that could do harm. Just a little wax once a week. More if your having trouble with your speed in the slalom.

I have been using a Qtip and rubbing alcohol and that seems to work very well at getting the little bit of residue off that is left when i switch screen protecters

Swiffer works great, even when dry.

in addition to the t-shirt wipe. a dose of hot breath seems to loosen any greasy finger prints.

it's worked great for over a year.
