Contacts - Part Synchronisation

Hi

Any ideas why when I try to synch. contacts to Outlook 2000, only half the records transfer across from the Psion.

I've deleted the database in Outlook and set up a fresh synch. using only the Contacts option (Not synch'g Agenda etc. at the same time).

Agenda synchs perfectly - well almost!

I'm having the same problem with contacts and Lotus Organizer, which I've been trying to get to grips with - thanks again for your help Jim! (Cooke)

Skipper,

First, have you downloaded and installed the contacts update from Psion? My memory of our discussion about Organizer is a little hazy so you may have already done that.

Have you tried deleting all the data in Psion Contacts and syncing that empty file with the data in Outlook? I've managed to get myself in an endless loop on a few occasions of trying to sync contacts to both Organizer and Outlook and it always turned out to be some problem in Psion contacts. By deleting the Contacts data (not the contacts file itself, just deleting the records while inside Contacts), the problem usually disappears.
