I want to buy a Pocket PC, but it's critical that my flagged e-mails in the desktop Outlook also show as flagged in Pocket Outlook. Does the feature exist?

I was curious about your question, even though I don't own a Pocket PC but rather an older HPC running CE2.11.
When I flagged an email in Outlook, I did see activity from Activesync (yellow syncing signal). However, I could not see any change to the message on the HPC side.
It appears that the flag is recognized as a change in an email, but there is no indicator on the HPC.
Maybe this has changed in the newer Pocket PC OS?
