Ipaq BackLight problem

I have an iPaq 3850 and it seems to having some problems with the backlight. Although not frequent, there are times that backlight does not work after switching it on. I have already upgraded the rom to 1.20 but still the same. Anybody experiencing the same?:confused:

I haven't had the problem - yet anyway, but from what I've read it's pretty common especially on certain batches from the factory. Be insistant with customer service and they'll exchange it for a new one. Again, this is what I've read in posts - not from personal experience. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, apparently from what I got from customer support is that my problem seems to be peculiar and only apparent in my machine.... So they asked me to send my box for repair.. anyway thanks...
