NR70 - Power On in Cradle

My clie NR70 is not staying on in the cradle even though I have the option picked in my preferences.

It used to stay on until about a month ago. It may have been around the same time I updated the system to fix the beeps during mp3 playback.

I know I've seen a thread a while back that was going in this direction, but as you may have guessed, someone changed the forum.

On another note, why do the Palms get separation of models, but the Clies are bunched together?:confused:

Hey! If you want your Clie to be on when in cradle, make sure the option is checked (which you did) and make sure power is supplied to the cradle.

Power is supplied to the cradle. The charge light is on (it's the only place I charge the clie).

My 610 has never, near as I can recall, stayed on in the cradle, even though I also have the option set for it to do so. The one exception to this is when I have a slide show running in PhotoStand, when it WILL stay on.... Go figger .....

Mine did that till I did a hard reset.

Same as everyone else, I've double checked the setting, the cradle has power. Done a hard reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled all the software. This started being a problem when I upgraded to desktop 4.01

Anyone been able to solve this one?
