Restore not working!

Hi, I'm new on the forum and this is my first posting. I've recently had to restore my data, following a repair to my S7. However my Contacts and my emails were not restored and I can't figure out why.

When I look in the backup folders on the PC I can find my Contacts data, but it will not allow me to drag and drop it into My Psion. However I do not know what the email file is called and so could not try this.

I'm going to uninstall/re-install PsiWin and try restoring again. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what did you do?

Hoping for some useful ideas.

The drag and drop thing got me for a while too! What you have to do is right click on the file and select Restore.

With the email you need to restore the whole directory System/Mail, including the index file. Delete all emails from the Psion first.
