Which one? I keep changing my options of which palm to buy....i have the money for both but i am not quite sure which to buy. Any help greatly appreciated!Thanks!

For me, the only advantage I see for the Visor Prism is that you will probably find more accessories for it.
Otherwise, I think the Clie 610 beats the Prism hands down: 360x360 resolution, sleeker look, and I think it's a touch thinner too (though I'm not sure). Mostly the screen for me would do the trick. The high res color screen of the Clie is just awesome!
