Netbook Pro UK launch info

I just checked the calendar on the psionteklogix web page and it says that there will be an event in November at the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Europe. The event is called Service Management Europe and apparantly there will be a host of new product launches (hope fully including the netBook Pro). It's in Birmingham, England, according to the page. However the registering link points to a web hosting company so does anyone know if there is a cost for attending? Perhaps these things generally cost money?
