2 Datebooks on 1 Palm

I am looking for a utility that will allow me to have my appointments as well as my girlfriends on my Palm and visa versa. I also would like to them to syncronize via the infared port to update each other's palm device. In other words, I keep my schedule, she keeps hers and when we are together we beam updates to each other.
