Can't connect to internet thru infrared

I just can't seem to connect to the internet thru infrared to my Nokia 8210 on my iPAQ 3850. It rings on my Nokia and then says there is no answer at the number dialled?;)

It rings on my Sony Ericsson T68i and then says there is no answer at the number dialled? What do I have to do? I tried to change the number dialled, but it doesn't change.
Please help me in finding a way. Thanks!!
