Well, I just clicked the link and it shows a Palm m515, 32 MB SD card, and faux-leather universal case for $399.99. That's off by $100. I'm in California. Maybe the prices are different in Mexico City? (Although I would think the link would bring up the same web page no matter where one is in the world.)

Actually you're right: once I noticed the $ 300 price and posted the message, yesterday, I quickly decided to order one. I got an error message, like "temporary unavailable". Later, CompUSA changed the price. Probably they make a mistake with the price they originally posted. I also sent them a message, complaining for this, but I got no answer...
Neverthless, I'll wait for the next price drop...

I just bought my M515 at CompUSA last week and got it, plus the 32mb card and carrying case for $349.99. The case was a generic PDA case by Fellows that left too much space for the M515 in it and I ended up ditching it.

There is a place called BuyDigi.com that has the m515 for less than $280.00 (+shipping) and offers some package deals to include extra stuff. I bought a m505 for my wife from there last year and the people there were great to do business with.
They might be worth checking into. I have a feeling that, with the next generation PDA's scheduled to be released late this month, the prices on the m515 will be down considerably.
Jerry's right Buydig.com has em all beat at present...
I just got mine from them and for the best online prices on any of this stuff try Pricewatch.com

Palm M515 at Staples = $329 less a $50 rebate from Palm through early 2003 = $279 final price. Seems like a great price to me.
Don't forget the tax.
The Buydig deal that I got last week had an executive starter kit which included a really neat leather case, a good quality 32mb expansion card, a dozen so so screen protectors, and a combo stylus. The final price delivered from NJ to CA was 342.95 w/o any tax.

I found Buydig to have good prices, but very high shipping costs: they were charging to me, from NJ to MD, about $ US for a 3rd day shipping.
Staples, although charges taxes, has a free delivery shipment above $ 150. And taxes, to buy an M515, are much lower than Buydig shipment...

You forgot one other thing.
Staples will not hassle you on returned merchandise.
